A JOURNEY OF DAILY WAGE LABOR IN LOCK DOWN

This is the story of a guy who came to a city far from family with lot of dreams, what happen to him?

             His name is Yogi, he came from a very poor family, like everyone he to have a dreams of marring his sister to a good boy, want to have own home, own car ,respect, want to marry love of his life. In January 2019 one of his dream came true ,he married to love of his life, after marriage he understood responsibilities and duties which he have. He heard from many people in cities we can earn so much money, so he decided to go to city, and he told his family but they are not happy with his decision, but still they allowed him to go, the night before he went to city, his wife told him that she is pregnant. He was so happy but still he wanted to go city because now his dreams list is increasing, with so much excitement, on march 2020 he went to Hyderabad carrying a lot of dreams in his bag. 

           Now his life started in city, he started searching for work everywhere in hotels, as a cleaner, as a coolie but no where he got at last he got work in  a construction as a Labour. He used to work there in day time and night time he used to sleep in bus stand or footpath ,he used to have road side free food (not at all  tasty) just to save the money ,he used to do all this things. It went well for someday until lock down came on march 22nd 2020. 

THERE WAS THE DAY, EVERYONE'S LIFE CHANGED IN ONE DAY AND ONE NIGHT

              

              He was thinking next day he will go to work as usual but everything shattered ,everything collapsed.

             On march 22, 2020  That night , our respected prime minister Modi ji said lock down is going to extend till April 14 ,2020.Now he doesn't have work to do  and food too. Due to covid19 Everything closed. He wanted to go back to his village but no transport is working  he waited till April 14th the lock down to open  but sadly lock down prolonged for more 14 days. He is running out of savings, he spend few days without food, finally he understood government is not going to unlock the lock down so he decided to go home by walking  only.

             He started walking towards his home but it takes 15 days to reach his village Gaya in Bihar  by walking, but still he didn't give up he started walking ,he doesn't have money and he is sick to because  of not having food for many days, like him many people are there they are too walking, with them he started his journey. 

             In day  they were walking on the hot roads without having food, sometimes they get food rarely, and in night they are not getting place to sleep because the area people are getting scared what if they bring COVID-19 to there area .  

             No one gave shelter to him and his companions during night, during day time he is just walking and walking how long he can go without food and finally after 20 days he came near by his village but he was completely exhausted, not sure he can survive . he felled in the entrance of his village but no one is helping to that guy because they are scared of Covid-19,  some of his relatives saw him and informed the family and his family came they took him inside the home .

"finally his journey was over yes not only his journey, along with his life journey too came to an end". 

            He tried a lot to open his eyes, 'he tried and tried' he saw his wife and told her, I am sorry, "I promised you that I will stay with you until you are last breadth but now, I am breaking it please forgive me channa".

            His wife took him on his lap and told him 'you are not going anywhere, I would not allow you' what i will do without you, I will also die with you, so much pain is there in her voice .His last words are take care of family and take care of our baby please forgive me.

        And he died sitting next to him she was crying like hell, so much grief , so much pain, her heart is filled with tears, it is melting like magma how it comes from volcano like that her pain is coming, she is feeling like she have a ton of weight on her heart, on the next minute she died to with her baby in womb next to his husband body, they both died together they stand on their promise of not leaving each other in any kind of situation now in death also they were together, what a bond they have. Totally we lost three beautiful souls. 

           I used to have doubt on  true love , from their life i understood, yes it exists.

         IN THIS LOCK DOWN WE LOST MANY BEAUTIFUL SOULS, MANY PEOPLE DREAMS GOT SHATTERED.

            I am not opposing lock down but the way they implemented this lockdown is not fine. Hoping everyone reached their home safely. If you can, help your friends, relatives, neighbors and known people. in this critical time humanity should be at it's best.
